Refund Eligibility

We will refund the money only in case we fail to provide the service to our customers due to an issue on our end, following our internal investigation. Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@fastinfollp.com

Refund Conditions

1. Service Failure: If our internal investigation confirms that we failed to provide the agreed-upon service, clients are eligible for a refund.

2. Application Process: Clients must apply for a refund via email at info@fastinfollp.com and/or complain@fastinfo.com, , detailing the issue and providing relevant evidence of service failure.

3. Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the perceived issue.

Non-Refundable Charges

1. Earned Fees: Refunds will not be provided once the fee is earned by the company. This is due to the time, effort, and resources invested by our team.

2. Processing Fees: All processing fees, payment gateway charges, administrative fees, and the cost of resources for the work done will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Third-Party Payments: Refunds cannot include any money paid to government bodies (such as filing fees or taxes) or other third parties involved in processing the order.

Refund Process

1. Request Submission: Clients must send a detailed email to info@fastinfollp.com and/or complain@fastinfo.com outlining the issue and including relevant evidence.

2. Review and Investigation: We will review the refund request and conduct an internal investigation within 5 business days.

3. Notification: Clients will be notified of the outcome of the investigation and the approval or rejection of the refund request.

4. Refund Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. For electronic payments, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. For other payment methods, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

• Refunds will not be granted for issues arising from client actions, third-party interference, delays from the Court, Court order/judgment not in favor of the client, closure of Court, and other mentioned force majeure events.

• Fastinfo Experts LLP reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the specified criteria.
